Healthy (Coconut) French Toast

Here's a healthy way to enjoy a life long favourite! Best part - takes less than 10 minutes to make!


  • 1 egg and 1 egg white

  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1tsp of vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of shredded unsweetened coconut

  • 2 slices of Ezekiel Bread


  1. Beat egg/egg whites and add vanilla, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp of unsweetened coconut shreds. Mix well.

  2. Dip Ezekiel Bread into mixture until well-saturated

  3. On medium heat, pan-fry bread (using a non stick pan) until golden brown

  4. Top with berries, coconut flakes, and maple syrup

  5. Enjoy!
